Eton is seeking a driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team at Oslo Fashion Outlet, Vestby. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Performance – Achieve sales targets, optimize key KPIs (UPT, conversion, repurchase rate, inventory), and continuously seek growth opportunities.
- Strategic Store Management – Conduct ongoing SWOT analyses, evaluate profitability, and implement solutions for long-term success.
- Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team. Motivate staff through coaching, sales incentives, and leadership on the sales floor.
- Customer Engagement – Ensure exceptional service by fostering strong client relationships and delivering personalized experiences.
- Visual & Inventory Management – Maintain brand-aligned merchandising, manage stock flow, and collaborate with Retail Sales Manager and Merchandiser on inventory strategy.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee deliveries, POS systems, scheduling, budget adherence, and expense control to optimize efficiency.
- Event & Community Engagement – Organize in-store events and act as the key liaison between Eton and the landlord.
Experience and Qualifications
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years of store management experience with proven track record of success.
- And/or a longer extensive sales track record, can be from other similar industries
- And /or a minimum of 2 years of project management at corporate level with managerial responsibilities
- Or a combined 2 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks
- Bachelor’s (University) degree
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development and relations
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, additional language is meriting
