What we’re looking for in you

· At least 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting

· 12+ months of team leadership or Assistant Store Management experience

· A natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing others

· Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising knowledge, and attention to detail

· Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills and a data-driven mindset

· Confident communicator with strong English language skills

· Passion for people, product, and performance
