POSITION OVERVIEW: 

As a Sales Associate/Storage Worker at Tiger of Sweden, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience by assisting with sales inquiries and managing storage facilities efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to organise and maintain storage spaces effectively.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities and tasks as a Sales Associate/Storage worker are:

Stock management:

  • Run store operations from merchandising standpoint.
  • Manage stock in store and storage.
  • Receive deliveries and organise and maintain stock-related operations that support sales in-store. 

Sales:

  • Ensure that daily sales targets are met through service and product knowledge.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure visual guidelines are followed. 
  • Support your team and take responsibility for your daily tasks.
  • Actively work to increase additional sales.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in working with storage and organising merchandise in high volumes.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and abilities for problem solving.
  • At least one year of sales experience in fashion.
  • Sales-minded with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Positive, energetic, and ambitious team player, trigged by delivering great results with an open-minded attitude.
  • Natural approach to networking and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a focus on reaching daily targets.

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Office
  • Sitoo POS/Backoffice
