Competition Terms and Conditions - WIN A SKI TRIP TO FYRI RESORT

1. Competition Details

The competition “WIN A SKI TRIP TO FYRI RESORT” is organized by Oslo Fashion Outlet AS (“the Organizer”). The competition starts on 2026‑01‑28 and ends on 2026‑02‑15.

2. Conditions for Participation

All natural persons may participate in the competition provided that they: (i) are eligible to travel within Norway; and (ii) are at least 18 years old and participate as private individuals.

3. Valid Email Address and Fashion Club Membership

3.1. A condition for participating in the competition is that the participant must be a natural person and a Fashion Club member who has opted to receive marketing communications.

3.2. Any registration with an invalid email address will be deemed invalid.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) persons to Fyri Resort in Norway and includes the following:

• Hotel (2 nights), including access to the Pool Club and breakfast. Arrival Sunday–Thursday in winter 2026/2027.
• Ski rental for 2 persons from Sports Club, for 2 days.
• Lift passes for 2 persons, for 2 days.
• A gift card for Oslo Fashion Outlet valued at 3,000 NOK.

5. Prize Conditions

5.1. The prize must be used between the following dates: February 2026 – December 2027 (the gift card is valid for 1 year).

5.2. The prize winner must cover all costs not specified in these terms. For clarification, the following expenses are not included:

5.2.1 Transportation costs.

5.2.2 Food expenses.

5.2.3 Personal travel and health insurance.

5.2.4 Spending money.

5.2.5 Means and/or living expenses etc.

6. Competition Requirements

6.1. To participate, you must visit Oslo Fashion Outlet between 2026‑01‑28 and 2026‑02‑14 and during this period register a Fashion Club transaction of 2,000 NOK or more. If you qualify, you will receive a link via email asking you to accept these terms and answer a question to enter the prize draw.

6.2. You may only submit one entry to the competition. Entries exceeding the maximum number will be cancelled and will not count. If multiple entries are submitted for any reason, the last answer provided will be considered the valid entry.

6.3. The email address used for participation must match the one associated with the Fashion Club membership under which the qualifying transaction was made.

7. Prize Winners

7.1. The prize described in clause 4 will be awarded to the participant who answers the question correctly (or, if no participant answers correctly, to the participant whose answer is closest). If several participants submit the correct answer, a tie‑breaker question will be asked. The winner will then be the participant who answers the tie‑breaker correctly or closest to the correct answer.

7.2. Winners will receive an email (and/or phone call if a phone number is available) from the Organizer after the decision has been made.

7.3. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within one (1) month after the notification has been sent. If no confirmation is received within this period, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and the Organizer may appoint a new winner.

7.4. Any tax on the value of the prize shall be paid by the winner. The Organizer accepts no responsibility in this regard.

8. Fraud

Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant. Identification presented must match the name used when registering for the Fashion Club (see clause 13). Otherwise, the participant will be excluded immediately.

9. No Resale

9.1. Resale of the prize is strictly prohibited.

9.2. The prize may only be used by the Fashion Club member and cannot be resold to any third party.

9.3. Any breach of this provision will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

10. No Right to Transfer the Prize

The prize is personal and cannot be transferred. The winner may not exchange the prize for any alternative.

11. Non‑Compliance

If the winners do not meet the criteria specified in these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organizer.

12. Publication of Winner Details and Copyright

12.1. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the name and a photo of the winner and their prize online at www.oslofashionoutlet.no and on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for Oslo Fashion Outlet, as well as in any other commercial or marketing materials, without additional compensation. By participating, entrants expressly consent to the publication of their details.

12.2. Each participant: (i) acknowledges that the copyright of submitted entries is owned by the Organizer; and (ii) waives all moral rights in the submitted entry.

13. Verification of Identity

Participants consent to having their identity verified, and their stated country of residence compared with their identification. Any false declaration regarding identity or address will result in immediate exclusion.

14. Internet Use

14.1. Participation presumes knowledge of and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, the risk of interruptions, and, more generally, risks associated with any connection or transmission over the Internet, including lack of protection for certain data, potential misuse, and the risk of viruses.

14.2. The Organizer cannot under any circumstances be held liable for, among other things:

• Internet transmissions.
• Failures of the Internet and/or software used.
• Consequences of viruses, errors, anomalies, technical failures.
• Any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind.

15. Liability

15.1. The Organizer cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, exclusion of participants, or termination of the competition for any reason. This also applies to direct or indirect damages arising from connecting to the website.

15.2. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for: (i) prizes that are not redeemed; (ii) any damage and/or personal injury caused to any person during use of the prize, unless such damage and/or injury is caused due to the Organizer’s breach of its legal obligations.

15.3. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for cancellation or delay of any part of the prize due to an error attributable to the prize winner (directly or indirectly).

15.4. Each participant must take all necessary measures to secure their own data and/or software on their computer (including tablets) and/or mobile phone and/or website against any attack.

15.5. Connection to the Organizer’s website and participation in the competition is solely at the participant’s risk. The Organizer cannot be held liable if the competition must be modified, shortened, or cancelled due to force majeure or causes beyond the Organizer’s control.

15.6. The Organizer reserves the right to determine whether the rules have been followed, particularly to exclude any participant who has abused them.

16. Force Majeure

During the competition, any supplements or, in the event of force majeure, changes may be published following notice from the Organizer. These will be considered additions to these rules.

17. Amendments and/or Cancellation of the Competition

17.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, or even cancel the competition under extreme circumstances due to events completely beyond their control. The Organizer cannot be held liable if the competition must be interrupted, delayed, or cancelled for reasons beyond their control.

17.2. Any situation not expressly provided for in these rules will be decided by the Organizer, whose decision is final.

18. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

19. Data Protection and Privacy

19.1. Unless otherwise stated, information provided by the participant in their registration form will be entered into the Organizer’s database.

19.2. We are committed to protecting the participant’s privacy and will only use personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The contractual relationship between us requires that we process your data in accordance with this policy.

19.4. By participating in the competition “WIN A SKI TRIP TO FYRI RESORT”, the participant, unless otherwise stated, consents to the Organizer collecting and using his or her information in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://oslofashionoutlet.no/en/privacy-policy.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
